• GUJJOMA reserves the right to decline an audit request at its discretion
• The FREE audit does not constitute a binding service agreement

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of GUJJOMA, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information required for campaign setup
• Grant necessary access to ad accounts, website and social media platforms
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Review and approve creatives, content and campaigns within agreed timelines
• Ensure all information provided to us complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in any activity that violates Google, Meta or other platform policies

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are due as per the timeline specified in your service agreement
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI or other agreed methods
• GST will be applicable as per Indian tax laws
• Delayed payments may result in pause or suspension of services
• Ad spend budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are separate from agency fees and are to be paid directly to the respective platforms by the client

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on gujjoma.com — including text, graphics, logo, images and code — is the intellectual property of GUJJOMA and protected under applicable Indian copyright laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission
• Content created by GUJJOMA for clients (creatives, copy, strategy documents) remains the property of GUJJOMA until full payment is received
• After full payment, content created specifically for the client becomes the client's property

9. Confidentiality

GUJJOMA treats all client business information as strictly confidential. We will not share your business data, campaign performance, strategies or any proprietary information with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

10. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice
• GUJJOMA reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment, policy violations or unethical conduct
• Upon termination, all pending payments become immediately due
• Access to ad accounts and platforms will be handed back to the client within 7 working days of termination

11. Third Party Platforms

GUJJOMA works with third party platforms including Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and others. We are not responsible for:

• Changes in policies or algorithms of these platforms
• Account suspensions imposed by these platforms due to client-side violations
• Downtime or technical issues on third party platforms

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUJJOMA shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services
• Loss of revenue, patients, data or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from third party platform changes or outages

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

GUJJOMA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
